Cougar Summer Volleyball Camp

The Cougars Volleyball Camp is a four-day morning camp available to ACDS boys and girls entering grades 4 to 8. The camp will be held on the ACDS campus with the PE portable as the base. It's an opportunity for the ACDS coaching staff to help students develop their skills for the game of volleyball in a fun and enjoyable environment.

Each camp day will include instruction with a focus on learning the fundamentals of volleyball and will finish with a controlled scrimmage with an opportunity for the athletes to apply the skills they have learned.
