Application Process
Program age eligibility:
- Pre-Kindergarten: For children who turn 4 or 5 years old by December 31
- Kindergarten: For children who turn 5 years old by September 1
Grade placement for Grades 1-7:
- Students entering Grades 1-7 will be considered for the appropriate grade placement based on the student's age, most recent grade completed, overall evaluation, shadow visit assessments (if applicable), and information collected during the application process.
- Complete the Online Application and submit the $100 application fee
