CLASS OF 2013

Cameron Allen '13 played club volleyball for UC Santa Barbara and has had several internships, including one doing research on burrowing owls in southern California.

Neda Amin '13 graduated magna cum laude from San Jose State and with honors from the Gary J. Sbona Honors Program.  She'll continue her education and will get an MBA at San Jose State University.  She will also work full time at Western Digital as a Strategy and Business Planning Analyst.

Giuliana Calia '13 has accepted a job researching HIV at the UCSF Gladston Institute of Virology.

Mikaela Fenton '13 graduated summa cum laude from the UC Davis University Honors program.  She was awarded the Community and Regional Development's 2021 Outstanding Senior award and won 2nd place in the Research Rockstars Underground Slam Video 2020 competition. Mikaela has accepted a position as an associate business analyst at Unleashing Leaders, Inc.

Serena Francisco '13 was awarded Occidental College's Presidential Scholarship at admission and won the Lauter Prize in Philosophy, which is presented to the author of the best philosophy comprehensive thesis. Serena is currently working as a legislative assistant to the San Diego County Board of Supervisors District 3.

Eliana Marks '13 will be working in Nashville, TN as a middle school math teacher for Teach America.

Mira Milic '13 will be pursuing a PhD in chemistry at Texas A&M. She received 12 scholarships, fellowships and awards due to her research activities and publication.  Mira recently published her first-author publication, a featured article in the Journal of Organic Chemistry.

Matthew Sandoval '13 will work as a Digital Marketing/Events specialist at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Company.

Alison White '13 will be working at the Stanford Neurodevelopment, Affect, and Psychopathology Lab as a research coordinator following research assistantships at Berkeley, Stanford, and UCSG.  She graduated from UC Berkeley with the Highest Honors and completed an honors thesis entitled Adolescent Mental Health and the Potential for Ideographic Medicine using Digital Health Strategies. Her theses earned her the Robert J. Glushko Prize for Distinguished Undergraduate Research.

CLASS OF 2016

Juliette Jorgenson '16 has become a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor.  She continues to pursue a major in education with a minor in nutrition at Chapman University.

CLASS OF 2017

Parker Beyersdoerfer '17 was awarded Northeastern University's Dean's Scholarship and was the president of Leland High Schools Speech team.

Kairon Chung '17  was awarded Leland High School's President's Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence and the Golden State Seal of Merit diploma.

Nick Fordyce '17  played varsity singles tennis all four years at Willow Glen High School and earned the Golden State Seal of Merit diploma.

Angela Gill '17 was awarded the Gonzaga University Trustee Scholarship for distinguished academic achievement, and the Honors Program scholarship.  She applied for and also won the Joseph Cataldo Scholarship.

Ellis Goldman '17 was a member of Harker School's National Honor Society and National Chinese Honor Society.

Tate Hackett '17 was the captain of the Bellarmine Varsity soccer team and was awarded the Billy Schmidt Award for good sportsmanship, exemplary conduct on and off the field, and proven leadership.

Annika King '17 was awarded Leland High School's President's Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence.  She competed in Track and Field and participated in both competitive and sideline cheer. Annika was selected to perform as an All-American cheerleader at the Rome New Year's Parade in 2020.

Sasha Mok '17 was a valedictorian at Pioneer High School and received the Myron Zaccheo General Excellence Award from the Athletic Booster Club for her accomplishments in academics and athletics.

Federico Paganini '17 received Arizona Sate University's Non-Resident Dean's Scholarship.

Reece Pasquinelli '17 competed on Bellarmine's varsity volleyball team that won the 2021 CCS Division 1 Volleyball Championship.  He was also a member of the Sanguine Humours Improve Team all four years of high school.

Qylie Quo '17 received Leland High School's President's Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence. She was an ASB officer (Treasurer), played on the JV basketball team freshman to junior year and was the basketball team manager in senior year.

Paige Weldon '17 graduated maxima cum laude from Saint Francis High School and was a National Honor Society member and California Scholarship Federation Life member.

Morris Wilson '17 earned his Eagle Scout Award and his Vigil Award in the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's national honor society.
