Claire Chen ’20, a senior at Leland High School, and Annabella Rando ’20, an Archbishop Mitty High School senior, were recently recognized as semifinalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program. They are among the less than 1% of the nation’s high school seniors who will be considered for approximately 7,000 collegiate scholarships.
Kira Schlieman '17 is working in London for Public Health this summer: She’s a third year at Cal Poly SLO studying Public Health. The program is an immersion program studying the British National Health Care system and how it compares to the US system. They are also studying the origins of epidemiology and examining health equity among different populations.
