2021-2022 TLC Class Supplies

Supplies Needed (for all TLC students):

 1x Pencil case (any)

 1x Wired Earbuds

Medication Kit:

The medication kit will remain in the front office the entire year. On the first day of school, if needed, please send the following items in a Ziplock bag labeled with your child’s name and give it to your teacher:

 Any medication your child may need with specific instructions for use

 If you are including medication, please complete and sign this required form and include it in the Ziploc bag
