What: Six-week clinic on Fridays
Who: Students in grades 1 to 4

This is a six-week clinic one day a week on Fridays for students in grades 1 to 4. At the end of the clinic, students will participate in the ACDS Clinic Track Meet on Friday, May 17, from 3:15-5:15 p.m. on the ACDS blacktop. The track meet will be just for ACDS students in the clinic at various events. Students will compete by grade level. Events will be 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m Relay, Long Jump and Javelin Throw. Students will receive a t-shirt for participating in the clinic.

The Cougar Volleyball Clinic is a clinic offered to ACDS students in grades 3-7. The clinic will be one day a week on Mondays in the Fisher Event Center. At the end of each clinic, parents will pick up their children at the Event Center. Students will receive a Cougars Volleyball t-shirt for participating in the clinic.

The Cougars Soccer Clinic is a class offered to ACDS boys and girls in grades 1 - 4. At the end of each class, parents will pick up their children at the blacktop. Students will receive a Little Cougars Soccer t-shirt for participating at the clinic. The Little Cougars Hockey/Futsal Clinic is a class offered to ACDS students in grades 1-4. The clinic will be one day a week, usually Friday. At the end of each class, parents will pick up their children at the Fisher Event Center.

Students will receive a Little Cougars Hockey/Futsal t-shirt for participating at the clinic.

What: Six week clinic on Fridays with one Thursday
Who: Students in Grades 1 to 4
When: Fridays on Nov 17 (12:30 - 1:30 p.m. due to Thanksgiving Feast), Dec 1,  8, (Thur) Dec 14; and Jan 5, and 12
Time: 3:15 - 4:15 p.m.
Cost: $160
What to bring: Comfortable athletic shoes, and snacks if wanted.

The first half of each clinic will focus on instruction and learning the fundamentals. The second half features a controlled scrimmage with an opportunity for the kids to apply the skills they have just learned.

Students who are signed up for the clinic will be picked up from their teacher at the end of the school day and escorted to the Event Center for the clinic. At the end of each clinic, parents should pick up their children at the field. Students enrolled in Apple Orchard or MASH will be escorted there. Students will receive a Little Cougars Basketball t-shirt for participating in the clinic.
