Supplies Needed:
1x Wired Headphones (like this one)
Note: Please label the items with your student name and place them in a Ziploc bag. No rolling backpacks please as they tend to create an accident hazard in the classroom.
Medication Kit:
The medication kit will remain in the front office the entire year. On the first day of school, if needed, please send the following in a Ziplock bag labeled with your child’s name and give it to your teacher:
Any medication your child may need with specific instructions for use
If you are including medication, please complete and sign this required form and include it in the Ziploc bag
