Cougar Sports Clinics

Cougar Sports Clinics are six-week classes offered to all ACDS students in grades 1 - 7.

ACDS Athletic Director Derek McIntyre brings 30+ years of coaching experience from youth to high school level and will teach students each sport in a fun and enjoyable environment.

Each class will include 30 minutes of instruction with a focus on learning the fundamentals of that particular sport. The second half of the class features a controlled scrimmage with an opportunity for the kids to apply the skills they have just learned. Each clinic is one day a week and runs from 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm. Students will be picked up from their teacher at the end of the school day. They will be taken to the outer field for class. At the end of class, parents will pick up their children at the field. Students enrolled in Apple Orchard or MASH will be escorted there. Students will receive a Cougar Sports t-shirt for participating in the clinic.
